①Physical Accuracy：

     Hundreds or even thousands of inkjet holes  in the nozzle of the DTG machine,the distance between the inkjet hole and the inkjet hole is the physical accuracy of the nozzle, and the closer the distance between the inkjet hole, the higher the physical accuracy.However, the internal parts themselves are thick, the nozzle manufacturer can not bring the inkjet holes close to each other，therefore, a multi-column interspersing method is designed to increase the physical accuracy of the nozzle. For example, Boyin uses two columns of 300DPI resolution inkjet holes interspersed to form 600DPI resolution.

②Ink Drop Size:

The size of the ink drop is the size of the ink spot sprayed by the nozzle, and the textile industry is not based on the size, but on the volume. (1mL=1000μL 1μL=1000nL 1nL=1000pL 1pL=1000fL). Boyin’s Ricoh nozzles are available in 5PL and 7PL, and Boyin’s Starlight nozzles can reach 80PL to meet the penetration needs of different fabrics. For example, ordinary cloth 5PL and 7PL can be satisfied, if it is a thick carpet, the blanket can choose 80PL.

③Ignition Frequency:

The ignition frequency is the speed at which the nozzle squirts ink droplets, and the faster the speed, the faster the car scans. The ignition frequency itself has nothing to do with the printing accuracy, but if the ignition frequency is different, the printing accuracy will be limited by the ignition frequency at the same printing speed. A nozzle with excellent parameters in all aspects, if the ignition frequency can not keep up, then the printing speed is very low.
